At Cody James, we stand by the quality of our western wear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We want to ensure your boots and apparel fit perfectly for your life on the ranch or in the city.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and boots are placed in their original box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
